Thinking about Amanda Rishworth's announcement a few months ago about replacing the "one size fits all" unemployment system. I think it's worth writing down how it currently works. Thing is, I'm not 100% sure myself. I'm in my own bit of it. Please correct if necessary. Apologies if it gets long.

Had a bit of a mental breakdown over breaking 1 (one part) on the double Zeta I've broken 4 parts on model kits in in the past every one of them has been an easy fix and every one sends me through a loop because of internalised ableism I'm the most normal a woman has ever been

The bass is weird on this album and I get that Grace had to pull double duty except for 2 songs where Fat Mike plays bass But it has this weird presence in the mix where it's not quite burried but not quite on the forefront

More money for food banks and financial counselling will not magically make people be able to afford to live. RAISE THE RATE of welfare payments ABOVE the poverty line so people can afford to buy their own groceries not pay the same or more for items at a shiny "Foodbank"TM associate

To have lost something here it must be universally embraced, which it has not been. You can still find gutters in comics. #ngl

How impactful was the white space between panels being canonized as a storytelling entity? What do we lose when artist embrace flexing with maximalist paneling and full spreads?

Something I feel I should clarify: it is not the readers' fault that it is confusing what is and what is not canon. DC spent many years with a (more or less) clear demarcation of what was or wasn't "in continuity," and it's only in the past decade where it's really become a buffet-style arrangement.

If you had to recommend any five Batman media that really get to the core of the character most effectively, what would you say? Thank you!
