It had a tendency to flake off and become airborne when the coating was damaged. I can only imagine how horrific that was for the allergic. Glad Zeon seems to be doing something about it...

They've recalled the Rick Doms to the nearest depots, apperently there was an experimental UV coating made with a material many pilots turned out to be allergic to. Maybe it's good fortune that I haven't gotten my customized one yet. Close call with the paint job.
