If the triple lock hadn't been introduced in 2011 the state pension bill would now be about £8.75bn lower in this financial year alone. That won't fund social care of course, but it helps.

Im calling BS on the 100% mortgage in 2009. I workingbin retail banking then, lender were pulling up the drawbridge fast as they could following the financial crash. Nobody was offering 100% mortgages. We went from 10% deposit on commercial property to minimum 30%in 2008.

You assume Reform draws its support from the right. It does in part but much of its support comes from formerly red areas,such as Ashfield. White, working class racism is alive and well in Reform
