This is absolutely sleep paralysis. The first time I experienced sleep paralysis as a kid I thought a wolf man was standing over me. I could have sworn I was awake and the memory is as clear today as it was the night it happened #uncanny

Ollie's experience definitely sounds like sleep paralysis and I wonder if some of Emily's were caused by sleep paralysis too. I still remember vividly the first time I experienced sleep paralysis as a child even though I had no idea that was what it was at the time #uncannyCommunity #uncanny
