Settlement Paragraph 2(b) required expenditure disclosure including "the identity of the payee(s)." Paragraph 2(d) required the public Report to make "the same disclosures." The filed Report has 54 line items with date, purpose, type, amount — and no payee anywhere.

I pulled the available lobbyist filings agreed upon by the settlement agreement, but I noticed something; there aren't any payees listed, even if the amounts are Is this transparency? Is this following the agreed upon settlement deal? To what standards are most other registered lobbyists in NM held?

A disgusting monstrosity, Project Jupiter spans 17 miles in New Mexico, which is an arid desert and the majority of the state are already experiencing extreme emergency drought. This is a huge complex, they intend to build their own desalination plant which discharges toxic brine water, they haven't even mentioned that

She has long black and gray ears, and two twirly tentacles. Her body is covered with hand-embroidered stars of various sizes and colors. There's also an embroidered red planet with a yellow ring and another purple planet. She's holding a yellow fabric egg. There's green fur in the background of the pic.

The fact that we're celebrating Star Trek 60 means that these beloved episodes are 30 years old already. You know, just for those of you who love to be reminded of the ceaseless march of time. 😉

A scene from the Deep Space Nine episode "Trials and Tribble-ations" depicts Sisko, Bashir, and O'Brien in TOS-era uniforms (gold, blue, and red, respectively). They are all looking at the same point off screen.

A scene from the Voyager episode "Flashback" depicts Captain Janeway standing behind the captain's chair of the U.S.S. Excelsior commanded by Captain Hikaru Sulu. Sulu is lifting up his cup of tea. Standing in front of him, serving the tea, is Tuvok in the "monster maroon" uniform.
