Oh I had terribly itchy legs everytime I went for a walk! Awful. Yes that, the dizziness, anxiety, depression can all be addressed with HRT (that is to say, it worked for me). Gotta admit: I’d cry if someone tried to take my HRT away from me!

I do sympathise, my last few years of periods were just UGLY. Been 2 years without them. Do you yet have any of the menopause symptoms? Because they’re equally dire (and a woefully neglected area when it comes to women’s health research)
