Term limits are not the problem. The problem is the choose-1 voting system isn't democratic. This 95 year old got elected over and over again not because he was a great candidate but because voters had no choice. Rs and Ds won 99.99% of 1,000,000 elections since 1865. Because democracy? No! STAR!

Daily reminder that elections won't change anything until you have STAR voting. The current choose-1 voting gives Ds and Rs a 99.99% chance of winning, if you haven't noticed. You can get STAR voting by referendum. I just stated the problem and the solution. Now it's up to you.
