Watching the first game of the season for the Bruins and it's a whole lot of nothing. 0-0 after two periods. Personally I think the Bruins are the better team so far as they've had more chances to score. Too many turnovers for the Rangers.

The interesting thing about this trade is it actually screws Toronto for a few weeks. Knies is an American, so he can play for Columbus as soon as he arrives. Marchenko is a Russian and needs to apply for a work visa in Canada. That can take weeks.

The oolong class was ok I guess. The teas were weakly brewed and poured out with those plastic hot water pitchers. No idea why the presenter did that as it's going to pick up the plastic taste of the pitcher 😐 All of the oolongs were green which was odd. No roasted ones at all.

Heading home from the NW Tea Festival. Teas were sampled, but I only left with 3 teas and chai flavored honey. 2 teas from Floating Leaves (Mt Diva oolong, Baozhong) and one from Wang Family (Wuji bug bitten oolong). That last I've never encountered and it was lovely so I had to buy it!

Up and chilling before the NW Tea Festival today. As my tasting class isn't until noon and Fuyu might not be there until later, I'm not aiming for when it opens at 10:00am this time around. My goal is getting there around 11:00am or so. That gives me around an hour to sample teas before class.

Watching the Boston Bruins first preseason game. It's mostly AHL players as guys with more than 100 NHL games played can only play in 2 of the 4 preseason games. I assume it's the kids in first two games and then more of the pros of the latter games.

To be somewhat productive today, I reorganized my 3 rollaway carts. They've been filled with random crap for decades. I tried to organize everything into groups (hooks, pens, tools, etc). That way stuff isn't randomly in 3 places. Plus I threw out a whole bunch of stuff in the process. Win-win.
