Oh I hear you. Not such a big deal with a laptop or USFF where the mobo is easy to see and work with, but it can be AWFUL on a desktop. I bought like 100 m2 thumb screws like this some years back. Love em. a.co/d/0iYdcDgw

It might seem silly, but I'm eternally tickled that every M.2 slot uses an M2 screw. Hat's off to whoever decided on that standard.

Finished #EmpireOfSilence by #ChristopherRuocchio this afternoon. I haven't burned through a novel this fast in years. It wasn't earth-shattering (or even sun-eating), but it was well written and I enjoyed the heck out of it. #SciFi

Call it a dock, a hub, a port replicator... Whatever you call it, the thing sticks into the USB-C ports on a Macbook. It COULD ALSO stick into the USB-C ports on other devices too if they made the lower male end slide a bit and use a flexible ribbon cable instead of soldering it to the PCB.

Made "80s Spaghetti" last night. If you were a Generic American White Person™ or ate cafeteria lunch in elementary school in the 1980s, you'd know this. It's just spaghetti noodles cooked in sauce and water with meatballs and topped with cheddar.
