The AT-HOME study aims to improve home treatment with vancomycin by using model-informed precision dosing (MIPD) and dried blood spot (DBS) sampling. MIPD uses #patient-specific models to optimize dosing, while DBS allows for easy blood sampling at home, using a fingerpick.

*AT-HOME study:* Patients with serious infections need long-term treatment with the #antibiotic #vancomycin using a portable antibiotic pump. However, they need frequent hospital to ensure the correct dose of vancomycin is given, which is both inconvenient and expensive.
