I want to give up Facebook, if it's not AI crap it's far right "influencers" asking questions... I suspect this AI seems to be mixing US and UK audiences. Either that or I'm the only one who eats my crisps cold...

Flammekuchen thing didn't go well. One thin and overcooked, and stuck to the pan, the other thicier probably slightly undecooked and much thicker... I think the gallette thing isn't too bad though, but not as intended.

Two very different looking flammekuchen type things, one is stuck to the baking tray.

A round tart type thing with apple and creme freche.

Probably shouldn't have rolled the edge over now but thought it might be worth doing now. Leaving it to rise for a bit. Can't work out timings, so could be early lunch, or a late one.

I found 2L of my mild in the shed when I was putting stuff away from attaching a metal plate to the wall. Slightly over carbonated, I had to use water pump pliers to open the keg.. then the seal blew out. Tastes good though, needed it.

About 2 inches of clear, chestnut brown beer in the bottom of a nonic pint glass.

Struggling anyway today, but want to get into habit of little bit semi regularly, of working on the car. Just slow progress. Probably shouldn't have done it today, but weather forecast suggests rain soon so wanted to get this bit done. Next task is inflate the flat tyres. Dad put the jack away.
