Sound therapy helps the body heal. I know... I've been using sound therapy for years to manage chronic back pain and heal torn ligaments on my right leg. I'm so pleased to hear it's now used as a serious means to heal the body.

No, I use butter. I can't bring myself to use mayo... butter is healthier and adds amazing flavor. Mayo is just whipped oil and eggs. Perfect on a cold sandwich but not a grilled one.

This is truly sad news. I loved everything about Diane Keaton. Years ago... she followed me on MySpace after I told her she was my fashion guru. I know it's not a big deal to some... but to me, it was awesome! Especially when she would comment on my posts. She was so kind and humble. RIP Diane.😢
