Some poor guy got lost in the woods with his pickup truck around 1950, never to be seen again! ;-) I hiked about 5 miles in an hour and 50 minutes today. Another incredibly beautiful fall day here in southeast Wisconsin. #hiking

A diesel deal which has done bupkus to lower diesel prices. An insignificant amount of Russian diesel is coming here, while we are exporting diesel. Huh??!!! Its a world market!!

Yes, just checked the map. We'd camp on the beach at Agawa Bay. And it was the Agawa Canyon Color Tour train. Just beautiful! Good memories for us. We've talked about doing the train ride again.

Not very familiar with eastern Ontario. We drove from Sarnia to Niagara Falls summer of 2025. When we were young my wife and I used to drive to Sault St Marie, poke around, took the 'color train' in the fall, and camp on Lake Superior beach at Agawa. I believe it was Lake Superior Provincial Park.

I've seen a few of these little things around. It occurs to me that they aren't that different from the UTV's that are everywhere in rural areas now. Those UTV's have no air bags and clearly would not pass a crash test. Yet they are all the rage, but these same sized trucks are dorky?

Yes, looks like a Pietenpol. When I was a kid on the farm our neighbor had one with a Model A or Model T engine in it (not sure which). He used to fly over and waggle the wings at us. VERY early member of the EAA. Allen Rudolph.
