Sat thinking this evening, just 2 weeks ago it seemed that Jaissle had plans and an answer in-game for #nufc unlike we had recently experienced. Then last night he put out a totally inept, wrong formation to counter Leeds, and did not really grasp we had no midfield. And now, it was always coming.

So the gaffer saw it too. #nufc players, no intensity, not winning duals, not physical enough. Happened over and over again last year. For some last night, no excuse for not knowing the league. I would even forgive #nufc being nasty, given the occasion, bringing a few people down, a few names in the book etc. But nowt, we cannot even summon up the blood to really foul or get stuck into anybody. This was the what we saw all last season.

What gets me is that Leeds want it more. What are #nufc doing that they have not got that in them. And where are they going to get it from to face Sunderland, Brentford, Brighton Fulham, Forest etc. They all play the same, not pretty shapes but getting to second balls and wanting it and winnint it.

Just don't undertstand the rules this season. Anybody can hold in any way, pull shirts, pull back. Clear penalty for #nufc but the officials have just got no balls to call anything a foul anymore. Every time the ball comes over, everybody is being held. Oh for 10 minutes of Mitrovic or big Dunc.

Only ten minutes in, and once again I do not see Gonzalez grabbing this game for #nufc and dictating the play in any way. He is mostly a bit lax and lacking bite. Could be a 50m dud compared to what I have seen from Steur so far this season. Early days but I don't see it.
