LOVED that series! Protag reminded me of Mr Rav. No copaganda, just a man who thinks a life (and the truth) matters even when there will be no longterm repercussions. That’s a justice mindset. There can be no punishment for the murderer, but the victim still deserves to have the the truth found.

I’m just so tired. Printing high decibel whistles for my son’s whole GSA because ICE is doing sweeps around the metro ATL area. I figured 30 baby queers with ultra loud whistles are better than one. They have such a diverse student body at his school, and I want them all safe.

On February 1st I’ll have been running the same weekly Masks game for 4 years. Accounting for holidays and cons, that’s 45+ sessions yearly. I’ve watched my players go from 12/13 to two of them turning 18 and graduating later this year. @magpiegames.bsky.social really did make the game of all time!

Once I had kid(s) coming out and my husband left law enforcement for a field that doesn’t require civil/human rights violations to function, I knew that privilege of being a shield wasn’t there anymore. If I got arrested (or killed on tv) now, my kids are on the radar in a state that hates them 4/?

I could put myself physically between younger at-risk protesters. I made eye contact. I smiled sweetly. I looked like your kid’s kindergarten teacher. I still have now-much-older friends who know me as their “March Mom.” This worked for thise first few years. Felt like I was doing some good 3/?
