I fully accept that #hamnet is not for everyone, but for those who say it is manipulative or garish in its exploration of love, grief and art, perhaps look inward. Maybe it’s making you face things you ignore. Maybe it’s open in a way you struggle to be. Maybe be less of a jerk to those who love it.
