Biggest lesson learned this year is probably to not give so much of yourself to people who will not do the same to you.

Hyperia's short for a Highlander...and short for a Garlean if we're talking Elezen-based purebloods like Zenos/Gaius, not Midlander-based like Jullus or Cid. (5'8") She'd rather be a little taller. Sanji's about average for an Au Ra at 6'10". He's fine w/ his height.

I don't get how anyone can't see obvious the Roman Empire/Russian influence. Or maybe they don't want to? I have met some Garlean RPers who just use it as an excuse to play fascists. Distanced myself REAL QUICK. I'm hesitant at times to RP w/ Hyperia because I don't to be lumped in w/ that crowd.

"Contracted"? Nah...Hyperia was born with it. Sanji? Well...Not quite sure what to think here. It's not awful, but it's not "him" either. He'd do it on a dare to watch Hyperia's expression, maybe.

New version of Sanji in FFXIV means trying out a new version of him in #BaldursGate3! Always loving to see new mods that help me make him even more "him". Elementalist class and face scales/horns!

It's been AetherForge for a while now, but I'm pondering changing it to reflect the new lore. It's still appropriate for them (Sanji's still the magic/Aether guy while Hyperia's the engineering/Forge gal), but I just want something new. Might go back to "Shadows&Steel" or something like it.

I get it. You hate cutscenes. But did you consider that you made a choice to queue for MSQ full well knowing there are gonna be unskippable cutscenes so maybe bitching about them for the entirety of each one isn't making things any more enjoyable? Learn to joke and banter. It's way more fun.

I'm sorry, but I just can't pick one. They're both very special to me for different reasons. Hyperia's my OG and she's been with me through everything. I've tried changing her up a bit, even making her someone new, but always come back to her. She's my rock, my stability. Sanji, on the other hand...

Just getting my two through patch MSQ is fine by me. BST doesn't interest me nor do the relics or most of the other content. I'm in "relaxed casual just gposing and writing" mode right now. Only other thing is to finish the DT society quests so Sanji can get the outfit.

Hyperia: Tech genius specializing in magitek and Allagan technology. She picked up on electrope tech pretty quickly after arriving at Sol9, as well. Sanji: He's...learning. He leaves most of it to Hyperia, but he does find it fascinating and enjoys the practical benefits.

One of the many reasons I stopped RPing, honestly. More than once, I felt shoehorned into playing one of my OCs a certain way because If I played them in-character in certain circumstances "Oh, people won't like that and will probably hate you OOCly for it". Like...really?!

In case you missed it...I'm on my (different) backstory bullshit again. Decided to just change gears entirely and slip back into the Yoru Mozu (though it's now Yu Long) scenario since I'm eyeballs deep right now in C-drama/wuxia/xiaxia. Threw a fanta at Sanji because Raen makes more sense.
