ok so ive sold ~1500 items and exactly one (1) time i got a buyer saying the item smelled like cigarettes (i do not smoke) on Vinted where i have less history. I approved return for a refund and they decided to keep it and leave a bad review. I've made sales since then but i also woke up to this

potentially controversial: I wish upholstery/tapestry fabric in clothing wasn't such a short-lived microtrend. There's so much DIY potential with thrift store table runners & valances. I like to see myself as above trends but I hate how that fabric feels *so* narrowly dated

sometimes the "crushed velvet" is in fact not crushed in any way and it's very nice smooth beautiful cotton velvet and they are making the item sound worse than it is by describing it as "crushed velvet". Why do they do this

why do other online sellers get upset about buyers "opening a dispute without messaging them first"? What were you going to do? I cannot imagine a situation where a buyer messages me about an issue with their item and I don't just tell them to open an official dispute
