I've said it once, I'll say it a thousand times more... One of the worst things a writer can do is to make their audience feel stupid for being invested. Trust is hard to get back after it is broken and apathy is a difficult emotion to turn back into excitement and joy.

i was the most hopeful, most excited out of my friend group, I RPed a blood knight and i was STOKED to see where it would all go. Reworked QT, getting to explore zul'aman, voidstorm reminded me so much of netherstorm too which had me excited. Now I'm contemplating jumping ship all together.

If someone says they are trans, they're trans. Not everyone can dress as their preferred gender, not everyone can use their preferred pronouns, and there's a whole multitude of reasons someone might not have access to or a desire for medication or medical procedures. I don't think it's complicated.

I already have been limiting my social media presence as of late, but this situation has been avoidable. Friends in beta are uninstalling and requesting refunds due to the insane influx of hate speech and the cockroach has been fostering guild networks with the sole guise of harassment

It's about a lot more than my own safety, even though that is a driving force behind it I also wouldn't feel morally alright paying a company who's deadset on keeping the bigots happy. But a safe space within WoW would have to be on a private server if they don't take action now, epsilon perhaps?

I do not feel safe sharing a space with people who would cheer my death simply because of my identity. Blizz's safety tools haven't prevented countless of people from being stalked in game after dishing out mutes nor are reports seemingly taken seriously. (From experience)
