Last week I had the great pleasure of presenting my work on historical epidemiology and mortality in 19th century Denmark at the conference organized by the PandemiX Center. Absolutely amazing to be able to present at the beautiful setting of The Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters!

Reading the news can be a bit depressing these days, so I appreciate Danish news broadcaster DR reporting some important breaking news from the world of mathematics: "100,980,000,000 is a wild number" 😄
