People need to stop wanting everything for free. It takes resources to create and continually update those tools that most artists use. Pay the $10 subscription, for gosh sake. There's no doubt that a lot of the AI version was made with thievery.

Using a pre-built engine like Unreal or Unity is vastly different from letting machines take care of the writing, art, music... or distinctly human elements. To pretend otherwise is just...being contrarian for its own sake, IMO.

The jury is still out on the doom part. It's rational to assume the worst, unless sufficient evidence arises that they are safeguarding against the most dire outcomes. And they are not. As for salvation...that's laughable. We're already seeing a microcosm of how it's debstabalizing civilization.

Burden of proof should be with the creators to ensure they prioritize safety as the master variable, not us. They must take precautions to prevent it from causing chaos, or turn on humanity. They have done NONE of that. It never ended well for the less intelligent species, if we look to history. 😵😥

Thank you! Yeah, it was my desire to polish the battle system even more than my previous game, with expanded capabilities of a newer engine! And you're right, I didn't want a typical grim cyberpunk tale. I wanted to show a civilization on the edge of apocolypse and singularity, not living after it.
