An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

When I was overwhelmed with managing all the things in my life, my naturopath told me to say STOP! as a reminder. Hold up my hand. And count the 5 things that will always help. 1. Water. 2. Eat well. 3. Take Supplements. 4. Gentle movement. 5. SLEEP. Thats what I've built a routine around now.

That's also gross and hilarious! When I worked at a vet clinic the favorite treat for dogs to pick out after a rough visit was an unbelievably long bulls Dingle dongle that had been dried like jerky. Every owner had to deal with asking us what it was so they could buy it. You would've loved it!
