I've lost several friends over the course of my life because of my autism, most of them were narcissists looking back on them. We tend to attract them a lot because of our 'naivety' or 'innocent' look since we don't really have microexpressions.

Vaccines don’t prevent infection. Vaccines are meant to produce immunological memory and antibody production, so that when you get infected, your immune system can rapidly respond to eliminate the pathogen and prevent serious complications, including death. Vaccines don’t cause autism!
