Every play Trump tries with regards to diesel will fail. If World supply is down & demand is up (or steady), no amount of finagling will prevent an increase in prices. His best bet to lower prices would have been a serious investment in green technologies or getting 🇷🇺 out of 🇺🇦. He tried neither.
