So long story short, a coworker gave me most of their old PC for free a little while ago. After de-gunking it and getting a power supply, turns out it all still works. It's also significantly better than my decade-old PC- Toaster 3.0, aka the Dual-Core Dingus- so I decided it was time to upgrade

When I was younger I hiked up Mt. Washington with family, and I was comically unprepared for it. It was cold, wet and windy, and I was nearly out of energy. Hikers would pass by and say I was almost at the top, and then the fog would roll back to reveal even more mountain. I thought I was gonna die

Found out that HitFilm (the video editing software I've used since 2017) is pretty much dead. Company was bought out, updates got progressively worse & as of the 15th the site redirects to some other trash. My 2021 copy is fully functional & will continue to be on Toaster 3.3, but yeah, huge bummer
