Someone please explain the point of War Powers Resolution? It seems largely ceremonial since they can't seem to stop him from doing whatever the hell he wants to do. "Getting them on record" is useless in every vote I've seen since I started following politics in 2020.

Absolutely agree with Pete Buttigieg. Scrap the Electoral College. One person, one vote. No more presidents chosen by a handful of swing state counties while millions of voters are politically erased. Popular vote is democracy. Period.
