With so much in the world off-kilter, it's perhaps no surprise that HBS Prof. Rebecca Henderson says the key to a better future is balance, since both unconstrained markets and capitalism and unconstrained governments have both proven to be failures. youtube.com/shorts/Hbfni...

We asked renowned Harvard Business School Professor Rebecca Henderson to come on and talk about what has happened since she published her landmark 2020 book: "Reimagining Capitalism in a World on Fire." Our talk was honest, sobering, and enlightening. Please give it a listen. youtu.be/iVrqHp33Tws

It's time to stop calling it the "mainstream" media. There is nothing mainstream about it, or its values. It is legacy corporate media.

My only comment about Woke 1 vs Woke 2 is that neither of these things is real &, for the thousandth time, we don’t have to frame <every topic in American politics> on the terms of the far right authoritarian party & right-wing pundits. Other, more serious choices are readily available:

What awful journalism. Given the overwhelming weight of experience and empirical fact in the mendacious Trump presidency era, the default news here should be that a man says he was falsely arrested, not that Trump said mythical "vandals" had sabotaged an obviously-botched construction project.

The NY Times apparently thinks fairness in journalism means having no values at all. Trump assaults one of the key factors in America's rise to global leadership — immigration — and the best the Times can do is call it a “risky pivot.”
Trump Is Setting His Sights on Restricting Legal Immigration
After a year focused on immigrants here illegally, the Trump administration is now making it harder for legal migrants to stay in the country. It is a risky pivot.
