Seeing 85kg on Jan 1 was a wake up. I had a year of illness last year - pericarditis, 2 chest infections, full on flu and strep throat. So decided to make the most of now feeling ok. So far so good - 5kg lost in 2025, would love to lose 5 more but realistically 2-3. 6am turbo sessions!

Just so we are clear on the school fees VAT thing: Parents are not paying twice for a state school place and private education. Singles, elderly, childless couples, all pay the same taxes.Choosing private education is purchasing a luxury product for advantage. You privilege is buying advantage.
