I’ve seen a lot of minor league organizations with tons of pitching talent, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen this level of talent all in one single minor league rotation. And the craziest part? This is the first pro season for all four of these arms, as they were all taken in the 2025 draft.

His max EV was 112.1, which is just above the MLB median (roughly 111), with room to grow given that he’s 19 years old for the rest of 2026.

I’m counting it as the second time through since his “first” stint was only 10 games at the end of the year, but still, you expect a guy to do a lot better the second time around so that factors into me wanting to see him do it at a higher level.

I’m a big fan of his and I think he’ll continue to dominate in High-A, but Double-A is the real test for him in my eyes. I labeled him as a pickup for leagues with 300+ prospects rostered, but if he can hit well at Double-A then I’m pushing him way up.

Only reason I’m cautious about him is that he’s a bit too passive, as he doesn’t swing at pitches in the zone very often. It’s not as bad as some other guys who suffer from this issue, and he has enough power to get away with it, but it’s something that could be exposed against tougher competition.

Just wrote about him in my Dynasty Baseball Pickups series for PLive! He’s improved in almost every aspect compared to last year; as he’s got better chase (25.2% -> 20.3%) and contact (74.8% -> 77.7%) rates while somehow also getting better exit velos (ex. hard hit rate up from 36.0% to 58.5%).
