I feel so grateful to begin a new year of Stillwater Meditation! Stillwater 2026 offers 40 meditations from January - December. This is our guided meditation #1, created on the spot for a group of meditators online. We surrender to the body, feel the vitality within, and allow this life energy to reach the mind. Within the mind, we imagine and explore contrast. How does contrast influence you, and how would you like to influence the contrast you witness? We all have the opportunity to share our gifts with the world.
