We are still really working on the getting mad at ourselves part. Our therapist recommended a book called the ADHD Field Guide for adults that has been giving us a lot of good ideas to help organize but the "We are failures because we can't keep track of everything all the time" brain worm is real

Want to apologize for the silence we've had here. We've been going off of our SSRIs (with the supervision of our psychiatrist and therapist, don't worry) and the withdrawls have been wreaking havoc on our ability to communicate, organize, and be productive generally.
