This is incredible! 💖🤩 The colors are so pretty, the composition is so cool and meaningful, everyone looks so expressive! But I just keep thinking of SVSSS as an adaptation of PIDW and how most PIDW fans would be absolutely losing their mind with rage. Might cause a mass transmigration event 😂

I illustrated @okayesttrash.bsky.social 's fic for @svsssbigbang.bsky.social ! It features #Bingqiu as Theseus and the Minotaur but with other delicious flavors added in! Starting with a 0 spoiler illustration, the rest will be posted with their chapters💖 archiveofourown.org/works/90787091

Shen Yuan is putting a flower garland around Luo Binghe's neck, the way a sacrificial bull would be decorated in Ancient Greece. They're both wearing Ancient Greek clothes and Luo Binghe has bull horns and ears. They're looking at each other with completely besotted smiles. The picture is colored to look like Ancient Greek pottery.

My headcanon is: he wasn't ready to share a bed because that would make Binghe hard and so necessarily lead to sex (in his mind - this is the guy who seriously considered giving a handjob in a coffin surrounded by blind corpses), and he wasn't comfortable with that before Bingge "woke up" his body.

[Fic and Art] #BingqiuWeek2025 "Gender Play" SY transmigrates into Madam Meiyin and teaches Binghe to use his demon powers. But Binghe also learns how to be a succubus. How can Binghe be so good at makeup but still need her to fix his smudged lipstick every time?

Fanart of Shen Yuan as Madam Meiyin, an elegant woman in low-cut green and people robes, wiping excess lipstick off of Luo Binghe's face. Luo Binghe wears extremely low-cut robes and a headdress with an iris motif.

Designs by @donnadonera 💖 Binghe: Peixes, Prince of Blood, Derse. SY: jadeblood rainbow drinker, Heir of Breath, Prospit. his symbol is "Virus", the sign of the adaptable. +Their Ancestors: The Peerless Cucumber picked up grub Binghe to research his mutation but basically raised him as a son instead

Close-up of SY's face. He's looking down and ranting to Binghe with an angry expression. He has square glasses like John and is wearing a golden earcuff decorated with a stone in Binghe's color. His horns look like prickly pickled cucumbers.

Close-up of Binghe's face. He's looking up at SY with a devoted toothy smile. He has frilly pink earfins and gills on his neck and is wearing a lot of golden jewelry decorated with stones in SY's color. He has covered himself in jewelry in SY's color as soon as he gained access to funds!

#BingqiuWeek2025 day 7: Emperor/Empress. A Homestuck AU: Binghe discovers he's an heir to the old Empress (fuchsiablood) and not the lowest class (rustblood) like he thought. Binghe' subspecies is aquatic and SY is a nerd, so their dates mostly happen in pools. SY's hobby is defending Binghe online.

The image described above. Binghe is in the pool, his head resting in SY's lap, listening to him with a smile. SY is strong on the were of the pool with his legs in the water, his phone lying next to him.

I think SQQ would realize at that point that he really fucked up. Binghe fucked up too, but isn't it because Shen Qingqiu drove him to it? Has he really hurt him so badly that he'd resort to all this...? It's not okay, what Binghe has done, but... God, he can't just leave him like that. He can't."

SQQ hugs Binghe tightly, making him rest his head on SQQ's shoulder as SQQ hides his face in Binghe's hair.

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 21/12/2025

Wondering why he ruins everything he touches. he only wanted shizun to love him. shaking with emotional agony, the rejection and pent up grief. It's so obviously *real* and despite everything he's done, what can SQQ do but raise his hand to pet his head and hold him close until he's done crying?

SQQ's face softens as he raises his hands to hug Binghe, who's crying harder now.

"I think he would never be able to go through with it. Fighting and forcing sqq isn't what he want. I think he'd just... Get worked up. Stop. Hunch over and hide his face in his chest, fists clutching at the fabric of sqq's robes, and he'd let out a hoarse "why...? Why can't you just love me...?"

SQQ is shocked to see Binghe break down and sob, resting his head on his robes.

#BingqiuWeek2025 prompt "bridenapping": Illustration for @kamikazeworld.bsky.social 's AU: What if TLJ and ZZL didn't steal SQQ's soul from the plant body as LBH was assaulting him?

Please feel free to share any Steven Universe crossover thoughts you might have💖 I'm also fond of an AU where Blue Diamond SY, Yellow Diamond SQH and Red Diamond TLJ are forced by White Diamond System to do performative planet conquest until TLJ escapes to Earth.

LBH's body and hair are just Rose Quartz. She has Steven Universe style star eyes, like LBH's "star-filled eyes". SQQ's design is: soft flowy fabric draped over a pointy, angular body, to represent the way SQQ puts on the immortal persona over a foul-mouthed gremlin personality.

160

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 19/12/2025

When Bingqiu form a fusion, LBH's round eyes and SQQ's pointy eyes form a circle. LBH's tear/blood/zuiyin-shaped gem is over her heart, and SQQ's is on her "cursed" hand. Their fusion often protectively holds the hand with SQQ's gem over LBH's gem & runs their fingers over it absent-mindedly💖💖💖

#BingqiuWeek2025 Day 6: Reunion. In a Steven Universe crossover AU, human/diamond LBH is finally freed from her fusion with the corrupted Xin Mo and reunited with pearl SQQ. LBH is huge as a diamond, and SQQ is Pearl size, so LBH has to lift her up in her hands so she can pat Binghe's head. 💖

Thank you, I'm so happy the full body lean is visible, I think Binghe should headbutt Shizun's patting hand like a cat! And yes, seeing it through SQQ's eyes is just a storytelling choice, it's got nothing to do with me wanting to pat Binghe! XD Thanks again for inspiring this series💖💖💖

8 times SQQ reached out to Binghe: 1. Congee The other 7 scenes: bsky.app/profile/rain... I colored my sketch for #BingqiuWeek2025 day 1: White Lotus 💖 All the prompts are so good! I'll be doing at least 3!

Fanart of a young disciple Luo Binghe radiantly smiling as Shen Qingqiu's hand pats his head. Due to the 1st person perspective the viewer is invited to identify with SQQ. The colors are warm, pastel, happy, colorful. Binghe's fluffy ponytail sparkles in the overwhelming golden sunlight. Binghe holds a bowl of congee in his hands.

Ending the cycle with a post-canon scene of SQQ finally letting Binghe bottom. At the end of SVSSS Bingqiu had defeated the narrative of the stallion novel but SQQ had mentally replaced it with the BL narrative. Only when he stops following BL rules too will the main themes of SVSSS be resolved.

Fanart called "8. Vers". Binghe is riding SQQ, smiling sultrily, as SQQ's hand caresses his cheek. The only image in the series where the skin and hair are colored, because only now does SQQ fully accept that better if them are characters.

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 7. Dream (The moment in the Deep Dream extra where SQQ sees Binghe's memory of caring for SQQ's corpse, saying "Shizun, if you don't wake up soon, I can't hold on for much longer." SQQ sees a hand reach & fail to touch Binghe, not realizing it's his own.)

SQQ's hand in the foreground, trying to touch Binghe. Binghe is dreaming of a memory of sitting in front of SQQ's corpse and despairingly kissing his cold lifeless hand.

1113

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 6. Marriage (I also wanna add #0: SY reading PIDW. How best to represent it? Book? Tablet? Any suggestions for canon scenes I missed or fun/sexy post-canon continuations? I'm also working on a Bingqiu Tarot series, any Tarot nerds wanna talk about that?)

Fanart called "6. Marriage": SQQ intertwining his arm with Binghe's as they drink marriage wine. Binghe looks tearfully, radiantly happy, the warm glow of his happy smile making Qing Jing peak blue greens lighter.

193

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 5. Story (From now on this master will follow you wherever you go.) (Would love any kind of concrit since I also want to properly color some of these. On this one, I know I have to fix Binghe's sleeve caps and his smile...)

Fanart called "5. Story": Binghe tentatively taking Shen Qingqiu's offered hand as SQQ tells him "from now on this master will follow you wherever you go". Binghe looks shocked. His hair is in a neat disciple ponytail and his zuiyin is hidden. The colors are the light, calm blue greens of Qing Jing peak.

Part 2 of of the previous image, where Binghe relaxes and begins to smile as he talks SQQ's hand. There's a halo behind him.

1103

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 4. Guanyin (Maigu Ridge) (To support the "cycle" theme I'm doing a cycle of colors think: light-dark-light + rainbow cycle. Does it look good/make sense?)

Fanart called "4. Guanyin": Shen Qingqiu putting the Guanyin pendant on Binghe's neck at Maigu Ridge. Binghe's crying and reaching out to him tentatively, his hand clawed, his zuiyin glowing and spreading over his face. The colors are dark blue and purple, the green pendant and growing zuiyin providing light.

1113

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 3. Repayment (Everything that's happened in the past, I'll repay it all to you today.) (Also, I choose this theme because SQQ always does it at the most important moments in their relationship! Did I miss any important moments?)

Fanart called "3. Repayment": Shen Qingqiu reaching out to hug Binghe and save him from his qi deviation at Hua Yue City. Binghe's surrounded by an oppressive aura and leaning on Xin Mo. The colors are shifting to dark reds and purples.

1114

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 2. Abyss (I think SQQ reaching out to Binghe is the best way to chronicle their relationship because it's the most important part of SVSSS! It's what changes the narrative. He keeps doing it even in spite of himself and all his rationalisations.)

Fanart called "2. Abyss": Shen Qingqiu's hand regretfully reaching out for a distraught Binghe as he's falling into the abyss.

1124

Drawing Binghe getting everything he wants💖 @raineda-shipper.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

8 times Shen Qingqiu reached out to Binghe: 1. Congee (1/8) (SQQ keeps pretending he's playing a first-person videogame but he can't stop reaching out to Binghe and breaking his imaginary 4th wall). #svsss #bingqiu

Fanart called "1. Congee": Shen Qingqiu's hand giving a happy disciple Binghe a headpat. The picture is yellow and pink to reflect the happy uncomplicated atmosphere.

Such a beautiful, tender, heartwarming fic💖 Here's my art for it! (Don't know bsky etiquette - should I also share progress, close-ups and/or what it looks like without various layers?)

Fanart depicting Shen Qingqiu standing in front of Luo Binghe, who is seated on a bed. Shen Qingqiu is holding Luo Binghe's face gently and has a reassuring expression, while Luo Binghe is crying. Red rope holds Luo Binghe's arms behind hs back, and his hands end in dark claws. LBH is in darkness while SQQ is haloed by sunlight and seems to be transferring light to Binghe where he touches him.

Edit of the first image where SQQ is tenderly kissing Binghe's (no longer glowing) zuiyin and Binghe looks like he's calming down.

Close-up of Binghe's face, his zuiyin flowing and his tears glittering.

Close-up of SQQ's face, with Binghe's zuiyin reflected in his eyes.
