This sounds good on the surface, but the fallacy is detail ignorance. Fish do sense their medium. They detect temperature, density, salinity, oxygen content — those details define survival. Likewise, humans sense culture constantly — in norms, language, sanctions.

Many years ago (10+), there used to be offshore medical dispensers where people could order various remedies, equipment/accessories. You might try searching for those types of dispensaries.
