Not working on any specific project right now but playing around with rendering things from code. have a gently flailing tentacle that has a bit wrong with it. Not sure if i should draw a mesh over all the cylinders or if I just need to set the cylinders in each other.

A series of progressively smaller purple cylinders positioned relative to each other to suggest the idea of a tentacle but there are gaps between the cylinders ruining the illusion.

game idea: Elden ring + you get a little pet that runs around attacking the wildlife creatures getting you runes. you also get miniature versions of all your equipment to give the pet. inspired by this image: (if anyone knows the artist please let me know and I'll add that info)

1/3 states done Big Skeleton now summons regular skeletons. Going to give them a swipe and a stomp for if you get too close and call then focus on bug fixes/ UI tweaks/polish for a bit after that.

Breaking up the AI script for a game into discrete scripts for individual states and a script for handling switching states and sharing context between states. reimplemented existing pursue, attack, wander, and death states in the new paradigm.
