kleines Feierabendprojekt: altes Postrad wieder in Schwung bringen. Es wurde gereinigt, (Lenker und Sattesltütze mussten mit einem Schweißbrenner "überredet" werden :), Roststellen entrostet und grundiert, alles matt-orange lackiert. Nun wieder die Teile anbauen, die Körbe kommen noch dran. Es ist nicht perfekt aber gut genug. Kleines Upgrade wird eine 3Gang Nabe sein fpr etwas mehr Schwung ...
A little after-work project: getting my old mail bike back in shape. I cleaned it (the handlebars and seat post had to be “persuaded” with a blowtorch :), removed the rust and applied a primer, then painted everything a matte orange. Now it’s time to put the parts back on; I still need to attach the baskets. Not perfekt but good enough. It will receive an upgrade through a 3speed gear instead of the old single speed.

Claws on Ice in Pforzheim is my yearly highlight. Ice skating is free of charge, okay but sadly the ice is now replaced with plastic sheeting and the rental skates vary highly in quality so no clumsy lion on skates this year ^^ so instead I got possessed by a little wolfy ^^ Thank you Wolffire!
