I don't even believe this is legally enforceable. The closest I've seen in my industry is the company owns things you create *with company tools and/or property* which is at least understandable. Disallowing your own independent media that's not WotC products is fucking absurd.

The split between player/GM and GM'd/GMless hurts our understanding of player roles in ttrpgs, and our design. They are false binaries that we sort games into based on what "feels right," without actually being very useful terms for understanding dynamics in play beyond a base level.
