He was no longer running at me, but teleporting short distances in rapid succession. I thought that fight was just getting insanely difficult. Eventually I stopped using my abilities and it went fine. Oops 010

I chose skills for hand to hand and pistols, and there's a couple that slow down time. There's a boss fight where the boss uses drugs to go faster. 110
