Did they notice before printing? I’m so mad at myself for not checking. My own fault for creating extra work for myself and saying I wouldn’t have lunch until this “10 min” job was completed. (3.5 hours later, I was hangry!)

Good morning! How are you feeling? I’m working my way down a list of things and psyching myself up to run. It feels quite humid out, so perhaps I will try for a slower (ok, even slower!) pace and see if I can avoid overheating. Determined to pack at a time that’s not 3am the day I leave. #StayBright

Good morn-afternoon! About ready to admit defeat with Word formatting. Everything was perfect until I opened the file at the print shop and then it decided to add random line, paragraph and page breaks and go rogue on images. Feeling a bit stressed or enough time to do all I need to do! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Yesterday was 90% work, 10% running. Hmm. Not the ideal Saturday. More to do today, but hoping that I am over the hump and can get to the goal of being able to print materials tomorrow/Tues. Living room on hold, frustratingly… one day it will be done! #StayBright

Good mornternoon! Has a nice run along the canal yesterday and then bought an interesting spoon in a charity shop. Some research showed it belonged to a WWII soldier, and I felt bad I’d left the non-matching knife with same service number behind. Have reunited them this morning. :) #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Had a walk along the beach in Southport yesterday and shard some chips from the chippy along the way. Feels like the sort of thing to do in English seaside towns. Didn’t reach the sea though - was miles away! #StayBright

Good morning! How are you feeling? Somehow it’s already run day again. Where do non-run days go? Okay, so yesterday involved getting lining paper up on half of the room. Genuinely exciting. Can’t finish it alone though, so will have to wait until after weekend trip. #StayBright

Oh happy birthday to her! I once had to book her for a radio discussion about difficult family Christmases. It wasn’t long after mum had died and I mentioned I’d have a hard Christmas. Without skipping a beat she said I could join her family if I needed somewhere. Will never forget that kind thought

Good morning! How are you feeling? I’ve just made use of the wonderful Forest Recycling Project to buy some good quality paint and save it from landfill. Cheaper for me, better for the environment - everyone’s a winner. Does mean I no longer have an excuse not to do the ceiling. :/ #StayBright

Old warehouse/factory style buildings whose fronts have all been painted in different patterns, with bunting stretching across the road. They are now microbreweries and a gin palace. Sky looking deliciously blue and there is a shadow from the pointy roofs of buildings on other side of road, complementing the points on the roofs on this side.

hate to be That Pedant, but we haven't cured cervical cancer. We've shown that we can reliably prevent it if you get the HPV jab early enough: older women are still getting and dying of cervical cancer, and younger women who don't have the jab will still be at risk of it.

Good morning! How are you feeling? I feel like I broke my own rules with my message yesterday. I’m meant to send a positive message with some small beauty I’ve spotted in the world, but the varnish goo got the better of me. To explain, this progress has taken a week - but - progress. #StayBright
