The long-standing Shukhov Radio Tower in Moscow is slated to be dismantled. The structure’s owner, the Russian Television and Radio Network, plans to dismantle nearly the entire tower this fall and replace most of its original steel components by 2028.

The articles of incorporation for 36 dismissed LPFM applications revealed that they were incorporated in Louisiana and identified community activist Stephen Wade Rathke as the registered agent. Rathke told me that his foundation created a "network of support" for people to get on the air.
