Called sil -batta in Hindi -the original food processor. Mum says this is better because it slowly crushes, releasing the oils, aromas and flavours that electric blades can miss. 030

This is huzarensalade salad mix potatoes, beetroot ,veggies in a creamy dressing. Made this when researching culinary history of Suriname.
