My full rent and living costs won't be covered if they don't sort this. I've been on the phone to them and everything. It's causing so much strife. I'm spiraling into a bad mental health episode and I loathe it. I hate to beg, but if anyone can help even just a little I would be so grateful.

Things aren't good right now, Universal Credit have been messing me around after I updated my housing to let them know of a rent increase. I've had to upload evidence twice, which I've done straight away. But they are taking forever, and it is affecting my payment.

Next stop is my 3 years soberversary on 26th December 2026! There's so much more to my story I haven't mentioned. While I'm happy to open up about this in private to friends I trust, I'm not quite ready to tell my full story to everyone else. I suppose that will be for the book.... (5/5)

It may just say alcohol free on the screenshots posted, but I am also sober from party drugs and no longer abuse pain meds. I don't smoke weed anymore because of paranoia and psychosis. Far from against it though. I switched to full spectrum CBD for my anxiety instead. It works well for me. (4/5)

(cont.) for the last 1,014 days. Weeks of urges, but I refused to give in. I had been a functioning addict, I worked, I showed up. But it took it's toll. After my Nanny's death, it got worse. And even after nearly 3 years of sobriety, my body still feels the affects of what I put it through. (3/5)

The next morning I awoke feeling deathly ill. It was then that I realised I couldn't continue down that path, my mum's prior warning to me rang in my ears. "I don't want to be burying my only child before the age of 30." From then I vowed to never drink or take anything again. I've kept to it (2/5)

Now just over the 1,000 day sobriety mark. It's crazy to think that 1,015 days ago on Xmas day 2023 I got drunk for the last time. It had been a horrid day (long story) and I was £80 out of pocket due to expensive taxis. So in my sadness I took to the liqueur and whiskey bottles. (1/5)

Something happened today that has left my aunt, mum and myself shaken. It was inevitable in a messed up way. Can't say much at this time, but the police are involved now. All I can say is that my Nan would be so disappointed in her own flesh and blood. As of today most of my "family" are dead to me.
