Nature Medicine: A man with an early-onset Alzheimer’s gene and a brain full of amyloids should have developed dementia by 50, but showed no symptoms at 70! 👀 Interestingly, the typical tau changes were missing, strengthening argument that tau, not amyloid, drives cognitive decline.
