I basically slept as soon as I I got home from work. Decided I was hungry (I hadn't eaten all day) so I fried up some ham, onions, and jalapenos and made some garlic toast in the pan using Flax & Quinoa bread. Made a sandwich with mayo, chipotle sauce, and spinach.
