![Image is a digital illustration of an anthropomorphic kirin character. the text around the canvas reads: He / They. Kirin (Qilin). Well-read, old man, introspective. Earring is a metallic gold diamond. Single streak of dark grey to gold hair, deer-like nose has same gradient. Claws are translucent with a light grey quick. Palms are dark grey. Cloven hooves are translucent with light grey core; comparable to frosted glass. Gold irises, white pupils and sclera, light grey marks under eyes. Formal to semi-formal apparel. Artistic liberty okay. Last quarter of tail tip fades to light grey. Tail tip fluff is white. Horns are translucent with light grey core; comparable to frosted glass. Gold line encircles horn base, accented with diamond shapes. Whiskers are long and wispy, with subtle "moustache" tufts where they connect to the muzzle. Lapel pin [metallic gold]; black hole and star connected by a thin chain. Three gold stars on either side of abdomen and down the top of his tail. Throat has accent gradient [light grey to dark grey]. Lightest begins under the jaw and fades downward towards the chest. Note for artists: artists may choose how visible Monochromius' scales are and may simplify or adapt them to their art style as needed. Artistic liberty okay. Scales are dark with a gold sheen. Scales appear on forearms, shins, nose bridge, and upper back / spine. #furryart #furry](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:4wlkcsqs2qwbiwodvxkssfw4/bafkreie6gynvr6bbsciwthxelfhf2pqx2i6vaph2jlwiygo4wsrvwot2ji)
