This is quite a neat timeline of events to show a story developing. Make the player, date and clubs clickable, and I'd be in love.

Coffee nerds, assemble! I have a Sage/Breville Barista Express Impress. Lately, it's been slow to start building pressure, which should happen about 6-7 seconds into the brew. I've changed beans and tried finer grinds. What's going on?

Finally finished reading this, after starting it last year in Lisbon. Wonderful, bittersweet, touching, fill of heart, and all the feels - loved it. Reminiscent of Halt & Catch Fire too.

This week, I’ve been re-upping this former piece of UX canon- something very easily forgotten, it seems. The right side of the diagram is just as important as the left side. www.jjg.net/elements/pdf...

Agreed - Arsenal are the best team in the league at the moment, but some of the holding of attackers & goalkeepers at corners (especially the third photo in this article: www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba... ) is getting utterly ridiculous.

Thanks ☺️ The other day, you mentioned that I should be able to go from Push 2 >> MIDI over USB >> SQ1. Presumably I'd need a USB cable with the 'square' connectors at both ends? Otherwise I don't see how they connect together? (unless via the computer?)

One thing that will never fail to amuse me is the occasional quirk by which BBC News & Sport links, when shared here, only display the first few characters of the standfirst, completely changing the meaning of the headline. For example...
A screenshot of a BBC News article as shown in a social share on Bluesky. The headline reads "BBC chief Tim Davie says no-one is irreplaceable after scandals", but the standfirst, only partially rendered, undermines the headline by stating "Tim Davie tells MPs he is"

"Still, poetry is not the same as poems." www.programmablemutter.com/p/cultural-t...
Still, poetry is not the same as poems:

A poem “is an intentional arrangement resulting from some action,” something knit together and realized from the background of potential poetry in language: the poem “unites poetry with an intention.” So yes, a language model can indeed (and can only) write poetry, but only a person can write a poem.
