quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 17/04/2026That's unfortunate. However, don't give up! It might be worth talking to some librarians as that's part of the purpose for libraries having computers in the first place. 000
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 13/04/2026Nice! I never made the Zork connection but my friends and I did a very similar thing when I was 12. We would draw dungeons and then a friend would say what they would do going through the dungeon and the "master" would say what happens. 010
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 01/04/2026I've been thinking about going even less rules than OSR. Not sure which one yet. 110
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 20/03/2026To all my fellow gamers in the Portland area, have fun at Gamestorm! I hope to be there next year. 020
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 10/03/2026I think if people want the original mechanics they'll play the original game. For a revision, I would simplify and, to me, that means 1d20 and no exploding dice. 220
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 12/12/2025Hey, thanks for including Deep Sheep! I should really get Kung Fu Classics finished. 010
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 12/12/2025I'm wondering why you didn't just divide the d20 into 5 equal parts [1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16, 17-20]. 100

quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 21/08/2025For example, Operation Unfathomable only has 22 keyed rooms but is still a megadungeon. 150
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 12/08/2025D and E's blanket statements disqualify them IMO. "only when it is necessary" and "no relationship" don't have enough support. 010
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 12/08/2025Interesting. My answer is B as I believe it is the only one that supports why the Trainwreck is more popular. 110
quozl @quozl.bsky.social · 25/07/2025If I could only give one piece of advice to those wanting to run an RPG, it would be: "Just think of an interesting situation and how to respond when the players act and don't worry about anything else." What one piece of advice would you give? 150
