1 year! 1 year on HRT! Felt so damned stressed when I was getting ready for that first appointment, I actually prayed. A chunk of my brain is free, I feel lighter, I like seeing myself in the mirror, there's some "thing" scrubbed away that no longer itches in the back of my skull.
