The gasoline supply in St Petersburg is back to normal, but now there are new problems in Kaluga and Nizhny Novgorod. There are also signs of stress in other regions around Moscow (Tula, Ryazan, Vladimir).

Regarding Trump’s latest claim that Ukraine and Russia agreed not to strike each other’s energy “targets,” I assess the likelihood of such an agreement holding as close to zero. Russia’s entire winter campaign plan is built around destroying Ukraine’s energy sector.

We had already reached the original goal of the campaign, but there’s been a small last-minute complication. The Yak-52 engine we had planned to buy has already been purchased, and available replacement is a little more expensive, but also in better condition, leaving us €3,070 short.
