Question for my writers. I have a chapter for a fic I am overdue at writing, by about a week (don't have a set timetable but its been a month), but this morning I got an idea for a one shot that I am obsessing over. Is it ok to write the one shot or should I focus on the chapter?

My oldest and I came up with an Amaxing Race crossover au 2 years ago. All planned out. Just lack writing it. I could recite it in my mind even now. We used to walk a few miles every other day and would work on ut.

I have a gel medical ice pack. Even after being out of freezer hours it keeps a cool temp. I keep under my pillow so I can pull out and put on my neck to cool down. Putting a cool rag or icepack on back of your neck can cool your whole body

My kid watches it. They said it is so funny to see streets/buildings we actually have been to. Funny story, I was at the ER it is based on the day AFTER noah wylie and others toured to see it. I was mad I hadn't got sick a day sooner.

Today is my 22nd wedding anniversary. My husband and I have been together 26 years. It hasn't always been easy, but its been better with him beside me. We aregoing to a chain restaurant for dinner then to karaoke. Our first real date was to karaoke so it seems appropriate. Same DJ will be hosting.

It is ALWAYS worth the wait. I just always laugh at the timing. My husband did offer to go so I can read in the car, but I will instead lock myself in my room Saturday and enjoy it in peace. Your writing brings such joy.
