I've stalled out on my weight loss since my surgery which has been totally fine. The craziest thing tho is my body is definitely recomping in some way cause I'm still losing fat but not necessarily weight 🤷‍♂️ bodies are weird

Had my 3 week post-op and the (hot) doctor said I'm healing well and should be good in about a month. No need for another follow-up unless pain comes back 🙌
